Honey Mustard Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients
2 tsp cornstarch1/2 cup chicken broth2 Tbsp natural peanut butter4 tsp lime juice1 Tbsp dijon mustard1 Tbsp honey2 tsp soy sauce2 tsp sesame oil1/4 tsp tobasco1/8 tsp ground red pepper2 chicken breasts2 small zucchini2 colored peppers, cut in strips1 green pepper, cut in strips
Directions
Marinate chicken in 1/4 Lawry's Hawaiian marinade. Combine 1st 10 ingredients for sauce. Stir fry chicken. Stir fry vegetables separately. Combine vegetables and chicken. Add sauce, bring to boil. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes until thickened.
Makes 5 cups.
