Old-fashioned oatsWaterCinnamonVanilla ExtractStevia Cup for Cup0% fat Greek YogurtBlueberriesSliced Almonds
Directions
Combine oats, water, cinnamon, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbl. stevia, and cook to desired doneness (7-8 minutes). While oatmeal is cooking, combine yogurt, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1 tbl. stevia. When oatmeal is finished, allow to cool prior to putting together the parfaits. Layer oatmeal, yogurt, blueberries, and top with almonds, making two parfaits.
