1 15 oz can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)4 Roma Tomatoes1 Cucumber (with peel)1 small Red Onion Raw (about 1 cup, chopped) 1 large Red Bell Pepper Dressing:3 TBSP Vinegar, Red Wine 1/4 c. Extra Light Olive Oil2 tsp Oregano, ground 1/2 tsp Salt
Chop (if needed) and combine chickpeaks, roma tomatoes (leave out juicy bits if they fall out), red onion and red bell pepper.
Combine dressing ingredients, and then mix it in with the veggies!
