4-5 chicken breasts7 strips of turkey bacon1 t. garlic4 slices of swiss cheese2 tomatoes, chopped1 t. garlic1/4 onion, chopped1 avocado, chopped
Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Spread garlic over top of breasts. Place turkey bacon over chicken breasts, I did 2 pieces per breast exept for the littlest I did 1 piece cut in half. Place in preheated 350* oven for 30 -45 mins. until starting to be done. Place cheese on top and cook for 15 mins. more. While cooking prepare tomato mixture with tomatoes, garlic, onion, and avocado. Place on top of finished chicken and serve. I serve mine with brown rice or mixed rice and mushrooms and onions and salad.
