Simple Mason Jar Oatmeal

Ingredients
Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup Fit&Active Nonfat Yogurt, 6 oz any flavorMilk, nonfat (skim milk), 3/4 cup adjust as desired, but make sure to account for the different calorie value.
Directions
Put Oats in the mason jar, add milk, stir a little, add yogurt, stir some more (you should see the yogurt mixing in, put the lid on, place in refridgerator overnight, serve with spoon. :-)

Serving Size: 1 jar, can be 2 servings if slip between 2 smaller jars.
