3 Hour Chili

Ingredients
1.3 lbs lean ground turkey1 small onion, diced4.5 stewed tomatoes (no salt added)1 6 oz can tomato paste1 tbsp. paprika2 tsp. cumin2 cloves minced garlic1 tbsp. chili powder1 tsp. Nu-Salt or other salt substitute1/2 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. sugar3 cups beans (any kind, I used Kidney and Pinto here)
Directions
Add all ingredients to pot or slow cooker. Stir to break up meat.
Stove- Cover & bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 3 hours.
Slow cooker - Cook for 4-5 hours

Serving Size: Makes 7.5 one cup servings
