Parmesan Baked Fish

Ingredients
1 whiting or pollack fish fillet1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Line cooking dish with foil.
Place fish on foil.
Spread mayo on fish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
Makes 1 fillet.
