Sweet and Sloppy Joes

2 t. canola oil1 C. diced bell peppers, any color combo1/2 C. chopped onion.1 Lb. ground chicken breast meat1 can (8 oz.) no salt added tomato sauce1/2 C. water1/2 C. raisins2 t. ancho chili powder1 t. dried oregano leaves1/4 t. salt
Heat oil in large skillet until hot. Add peppers and onion and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add ground chicken and cook an additional 6-7 minutes until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.
Stir in water, tomato sauce, raisins, chili powder, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15-18 min. or until sauce thickens slightly stirring occasionally.
Serve on hamburger buns.
