Almond Grilled Broccoli

1 tbls Olive Oil2 tsp of you favorite seasonig (Mrs Dash)1 10 oz box of Birds eye Baby Broccoli Spears, thawed for 25 to 35 minutes1 tbls Splenda1 pinch nutmeg1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tbls Olive oil1/2 cup sliced almonds
In a medium bowl combine Olive Oil and season mix (Mrs.Dash) mix well to dissolve seasonings. Add broccoli spears and toss to evenly coat with mixture. Place spears on oiled George foreman gill set at 425 and cook for 5 minutes.
I small mixing bowl, combine splenda, nutmeg, cinamon, and oil; stir well to dissolve sugar. Add almond peices and toss to coat. Place almonds in preheated pan. Cook stiring often, until nuts are toasted and lightly browned.
Serve broccoli spears sprinkled with candied almond peices.
