Black Bean Freezer Soup

Ingredients
3 small red potatoes1/2 sweet potato1 c chopped green pepper1 c chopped onion3 cloves diced garlic2 cans ckn broth1.5 chopped ham1 turkey sausage6 c black beans, cooked
Directions
10 1-cup servings

Peel potatoes, cut into 1" cubes; roast at 400, 20 mintues until pierced done.
Meanwhile, cook pepper, onion, garlic until clear in a little bit of the ckn broth.
Also cook sausage. (can mix with potatoes and roast)
After veggies are done, start combining ingredients in a big pot, no special order, toss them in! Heat through and serve with hearty whole wheat bread. Enjoy!

* Can also add/serve over cooked brown rice to balance out the protein in the beans. Adjust nutritional information accordingly.
