1 taco box kit or10 taco shells (hard)1 1/2 pound ground beef1 packet of taco seasoning1 1/2 red and yellow peppers sliced and diced1 diced onion]1 cup mushrooms1 can of tomatoes1 cup of cheese shredded
brown beef and drain, add vegetables and seasoning mix and let simmer till vegetables are tender.
take out round casserole dish an break up five shells and place in the bottom.
scoopt out half of meat and veggi mix over shells and then top with cheese add rest of shells and finish off with meat and cheese serve and enjoy.
