Brocolli Carrot soup no cheese

Ingredients
*Canola Oil, 2.5 1tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)Brocolli raw, 3 cup (remove)*100% Whey Protein Drink (water), 1 serving (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Besan, 0.20 cup (remove)
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add galic and chopped onions. Saute once and cover and cook for 3 minutes on medium low. Add besan and cook until besan is toasted. Add carrots and brocolli and salt. Cover and cook 2 minutes.Add water and whey , stir and cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Now you can blend it or eat it just like that.
