Low Carb Frosting

Ingredients
1 8oz package Cream Cheese1 8oz package Mascarpone Cheese1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream1 cup Splenda1 tsp Vanilla ExtractFood Coloring
Directions
In large bowl, add 1 cup Spenda, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract and 1 8oz package Cream Cheese.

Use hand mixer to mix until spenda is well mixed into cream cheese.

Add 1 8oz package of Mascarpone Cheese and mix well.

When mixed and very creamy, add 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream. Mix very well until the right texture.

If frosting is too thick for your taste, continue adding heavy cream by tbs while mixing until the right texture.

Add food coloring to give it the right color.
