Ingredients

Directions
Cook 1/2 head of cauliflower, broken, with broth until very tender. Reduce broth. Add butter. Mash with potato masher, then smooth with immersion blender. Add cream and seasoning; reheat gently.

Serving Size: About 3.25 cups or 7 servings, 1/2 cup each
