Stuffed Bell Peppers w/ Ground Turkey

3/4 C brown basmati rice1 med yellow onion chopped1 T olive oil1 clove of garlic, chopped6 oz ground turkey2 tsp italian seasoning1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes1 8 oz can of tomato sauce1 cup water2 bell peppers, remove tops, and remove seeds. Chop up top meaty bits.
In saute pan, add olive oil, garlic, onion, turkey and italian seasonings. Saute until turkey is cooked, as well as onions. Add the tomato products and water. Simmer 20 minutes.
Spray a 8 x 10 dish, and add a third of the rice mixture. Place bell peppers into the rice mixture. Add remaining rice to the fill the bell peppers. Extra can be placed around the bells.
Cover with aluminum foil to keep rice from drying out. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
