Ingredients
2-lbs boneless pork shoulder ribs1-large onion(quartered and sliced1/4' THICK)1/3-low sodium sauce1/2-cup ketchup1-tbsp yellow mustard3-tbls zero brown sugar substitute1-tsp bottled minced garlic1/4-tsp black pepper2-tbsp cider vinegar1-tsp celery seed
Directions
Brown pork shoulder ribs in a non stick pan.Transfer to a crock pot.Cover with the sliced onions.In the same pan add combine the rest of the ingredients and heat until boiling and flavors are blended.Pour mixture over the onions and rib meat,cover and cook on high for five hours
