4 scoops Egg White Protein Powder - Vanilla1/2 cup Almond Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt2 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground1/4 tsp Allspice3 Egg white - large1/4 cup Splenda1/2 cup Sour Cream1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 cup Almonds (chop after measuring)
spray 8x8 glass dish with cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine protein powder, almond meal, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Whisk together and set aside.
In a smaller bowl, combine egg whites, splenda, cream cheese and vanilla. Whisk until well incorporated and then add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix again.
Fold in chopped almonds and mix until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 16 squares
