Lentil Meat Loaf with smoked paprika glaze

2 cups cooked lentils1 cup shredded potato (medium)1 cup finely chopped celery1 small finely chopped onion1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp olive oil1 cup quick oats1/2 cup parsley1 cup tomato sauce1 tbsp flax seed meal2 tbsp warm water1 tbsp thyme, chopped1 tbsp rosemary, choppedsalt and pepper to tasteFor glaze:2 tbsp ketchu1/4 tsp smoked paprika
preheat to 350
Mix flaxxeed meal in warm water set aside
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add onion and celery. Cook until starting to et very soft. Add garlic and cook another 2 minutes. Remove from heat
In a large bowl combine all of the loaf inredients including flax seed meal mixture. Salt and pepper. Stir well. Make into loaf and place on greased pan
In a small bowl mix ketchup with paprika. Brush over loaf.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
