Sensational Sauted Spinach

Ingredients
2-10oz Packages Fresh Spinach2 Large Eggs, hard boiled1 cup Chopped Onion1/4 cup Light Italian Dressing1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
Directions
Makes approximately 4 servings

1)Add the Italian dressing and chopped onion to a large sauce pan, and saute until the onions are brown, or to your liking.

2)Add Spinach, as much as the pan will hold, until both packages are sauted, approximately 5-7minutes.

3)While spinach is cooking, chop the hard boiled egg.

4)Remove spinach and onion mixture from heat and stir in the chopped egg, and sliced almonds. Serve immediately.
