Chicken, Shrimp and Rice Casserole

3 cups cooked white rice2 skinless chicken breasts1 lb medium shrimp1 can corn, drained1 can peas, drained2 cans cream of chicken soup1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce1 cup water1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dice chicken, season to taste and cook in large skillet. Drain and remove chicken;set aside. Cook shrimp with soy sauce and water. In large bowl mix shrimp (with soy sauce and water), rice corn ,peas, chicken, and soup. YOu can either mix cheese into casserole or put on top. Transfer contents of bowl into large glass casserole dish. Bake @ 350 for 35 min. Let sit 5-10 min
