5 Minute Very Low Carb Microwave Almond Bread

(conversions)6 tbsp almond flour (ground almond)1 large egg2 tbsp (1oz) Cream Cheese1/2 tbsp (3g) Flax flourFood Processor to ground almonds & flaxHand Mixer (manual or electric)
Let cream cheese soften if mixing by hand
Grind almonds and flax if needed.
*The smaller the grind or if sifted makes bread fluffier.
Mix everything in a small bowl*
*Size & depth of bowl depends on height of bread desired.
Put the bowl in the microwave for about two minutes, and then take out the bread!
I toasted mine in the toaster oven for about 2-3 minutes & sliced into biscotti sized pieces.
Enjoy!
