Vegan Burgers

1 TBSP Olive oil1/2 chopped onion1/3 cup bell pepper diced2 cloves garlic2 tsp sea salt1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp crushed red pepper2 cans of rinsed and drained black beans1 cup quinoa, cookedolive oil for pan
In a pan over medium high heat saute onion, peppers, garlic and black pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper.
Using a food processer, combine black beans, quinoa, and vegetables. process until well mixed.
Form the mixture into burgers and place on foil lined cookie sheet. They will be sticky. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cook in pan coated with olive oil over medium high heat, 3 - 4 minutes per side. Burgers should be crispy and cooked through.
