Mexi-Beef Stew for CrockPot

Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 pounds of London Broil - chopped into bite size pieces14oz can of Stewed Tomatoes1 can of Beef brothSalsa, 1 cup Minced Garlic, 2 tspGround Cumin, 1 tspMixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (16 oz) Onions, raw, 1 medium chipped fine1/3 cup of water1/4 cup of whole grain flour
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock-pot except for water and flour. Cover and cook on high 5 hours orlow 10 hours. Combine water and flour until smooth. Stir into meat mixture. Cook an additional 15 minutes.

Serve with hot rolls - not included.
