Healthy Ground Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Lean Turkey1 (15oz.) Can Black Beans1 Tbs. Taco Seasoning1 Cup Salsa5 Cups Romaine Lettuce, Roughly Chopped1 Roma Tomato, diced1 Shallot, diced1 Medium Carrot, shredded1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced1/2 an Avocado, diced1 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded5 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
Directions
In a large skillet, brown ground turkey and shallot until turkey is no longer pink. Drain, then add in beans, taco seasoning, and salsa. Let simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Divide lettuce into five plates, then top with ground turkey. Divide the various toppings to each plate.
