1 c. rolled oats1 c. almonds (slivered or chopped almonds)1/2 c. hazlnuts (chopped) or other nuts1 c. sunflower seeds1/2 c. pumpkin seeds3/4 c. shredded sweetened coconut1/2 c. unsweetened coconut1/2 - 1 t. sea salt (to taste)1/4 c. coconut oil2 T. maple syrup1/2 t. - 1 t. vanilla extract
Mix all dry ingredients together. Heat coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla in microwave until warm. Mix with dry ingredients. Bake at 275 until brown, stirring every 10 minutes to avoid burning.
