Chicken fajitas

Ingredients
*2 skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips*half of a red and green bell pepper sliced into strips* small onion chopped*fajita seasoning mix (make as directed)*sour cream (optional)*portabella mushrooms diced (optional)* flour or wheat tortillas
Directions
brown chicken-set aside
in same pan brown onion and bell peppers (add 1 tbsp oil if need or spray with pam
add fajita mix and chicken back into pan- simmer as directed on packet
add mushrooms

simmer 5 more minutes and serve on flour tortillas
