Buffalo Chicken

cooking spray1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp paprika1 tsp minced garlic2 tbsp margarine (light)4 tsp hot pepper sauce (I use tabasco)
Coat a large non stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over med-high heat.
Place chicken on a plate and sprinkle with salt and paprika. Add chicken to skillet and cook, turning occassionally, until lightly browned and cooked through. About 5-7 mins. Add garlic; reduce heat to low. Stir and cook until fragrant, about 30 mins.
Remove skillet from hear; stir in margarine and hot sauce until margarine melts.
Serving Size: makes 5 equal servings once chopped (.25 oz)
