Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients
Skinless, boneless chicken breast package (24 oz)Can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)8 oz package of reduced fat cream cheese1 envelope (dry) Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
Directions
Spray crockpot with Pam. Put in rinsed chicken breasts, sprinkle with Italian dressing. Cube cream cheese and place on chicken. Spread cream of chicken soup over top. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred chicken with 2 forks and serve over cooked brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
