Ingredients
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 0.49 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 0.63 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp *Flax Seed 5.50 serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp) 0.25 cup Trader Joe's Raw Blanched Slivered Almonds 12 tsp Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Sucanat 0.75 tsp Redmond Real Salt Ancient All Natural Sea Salt 16 tbsp Bob's RedMill Shredded Unsweetened Coconut 4 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas 7 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 69 gram(s) Go Raw 100% Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds 1 cup Kirkland Raw Pecan Halves (1/4 c or 28g) 3 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together breaking up the pecan pieces. Mix wet ingredients together. Pour wet over dry ingredients and mix well (hands work best to evenly distribute). Bake overnight at 170 until dry and crunchy. Store in sealed container or zip lock bag.
