Rich Turkey Tetrazinni

Ingredients
3 TBS butter4 cloves chopped garlic1 med diced onion3 cups chopped fresh Mushrooms1/2 tsp salt2 cups chopped raw Carrots1 cup white wine1/3 cup flour3 cups no salt added chicken broth8 oz Light Cream Cheese4 cups chopped cooked turkey2 cups frozen green peas1 cup shredded monterey cheese100 grams grated Kraft Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Heat butter, and add chopped garlic and onions and sautee over med heat for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and carrots and salt, then saute few minutes more. Pour in wine and cook until liquid reduces by half. Sprinkle in flour, then stir. Pour in broth and stir until roux thickens. Reduce heat to med low.
Cut cream cheese into pieces, and add, stir to melt. Add turkey, peas, bacon and cheeses.

Serve with pasta, rice, potatoes or "zucchini spaghetti"
