Slow-Cooking Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
ChickenCanned Tomato SauceKetchupBrown SugarCider VinegarGarlic PowderRed Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients into crock pot except for chicken into crock pot. Stir. Add Chicken.

Cover and cook n high for 3 -4 hours OR low for 7-8 hours, or until chicken is fully cooked.

Place chicken in a bowl and shred it. Return chicken to the crock pot and mix well with sauce.
