Nicki's Turkey Masala

20 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey 1.5 Cup Yellow Onion, Chopped 1 large Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) 2 Cup Mushrooms, fresh sliced3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil5 Pats Butter, unsalted, 5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)1 tbsp Garlic powder1 tbsp Curry powder1 tbsp Garam Masala2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt2 Cup White Rice, long grain, cooked1 Cup Water
On high, heat butter and olive oil in wok and add onion, red pepper and mushrooms. Saute until tender then add spices and stir to mix.
Add ground turkey and continue to cook on medium high, stirring all the time. Add water as needed.
Once turkey is done or almost done, add rice and the rest of the water. I turn off the heat and let it sit with cover on for 5 minutes or so to infuse.
Serving Size: makes about 8 1-cup servings
