1 Cup Oat Fiber2 tsp glucomannan1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 cup Swanson Whey Protein (vanilla)1/2 cup Xylitol1/2 cup Erythritol + couple shakes of stevia1/2 cup liquid egg whites1/2 tsp maple extract1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup pumpkin puree (no additives - pure pumpkin)2 TBLS melted refined coconut oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes. Press cookies flat after removing from the oven & enjoy this low-carb treat!
