pineapple porkchops

Ingredients
1 lb pork loin chops1 8 oz can sliced pineappe1/4 cup fresh orange juice1 tsp olive oil1 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
marinate porkchops injuice of pineapple and orange juice for at least 30 min
then heat olive oil in skillet
season chops wiith garlic powder salt and pepper
sear on both sides in skillet
heat oven to 350
place chops in 8by8 baking dish
top with pineapple slices and juice the was used to marinate
cover andbake for 30 min or until cooked through
uncover and bake an additional 15 min
