Item # Measure Ingredient1 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats2 1/3 cup Organic, unsweetened coconut flakes3 1 tbsp Raw Honey4 1 tbsp Coconut Oil5 2 tbsp Flaxseed6 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds7 1/3 cup Raisins8 1 tsp Vanilla Extract9 1 tsp Stevia in the Raw10 1 tsp Cinnamon11 1 tbsp Water
A – Bake the Item #1 in a baking pan for 30 minutes at 300F. The maximum amount baked in a pan should be 5 cups.
B – Combine Items # 3, 4, 8, and 10 in a saucepan over very low heat and whisk to combine.
C – Combine A and B in a large bowl. Add Items 5, 6, 9 and 11. I use a Kitchen Aid Mixer at the slowest speed.
D – Bake C for 20 minutes at 300F.
E – Combine C with Items 2 and 7 and bake for a final 20 minutes at 300F.
Let cool and enjoy.
