AEWS Grape Jam

Ingredients
Concord Grapes, 2 cupsBrown Sugar, .25 cuphoney. 1 tbspCornstarch, 2 tspJuice and zest of one half lemon
Directions
Pop grapes from skins
Remove seeds, discard
Reserve skins, chop

Bring grapes to a boil
Let stand

Add back the skins, sugar, honey, lemon juice and zest

Mix thoroughly

Serving Size: makes about 2 cups jam
