Sweet Potato and Bean Soup

Ingredients
Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long dicedOnions, raw, 1 medium dicedKale, 6 cup, chopped1 can chick peas drained and rinsed1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsedCarrots, raw, 2 medium slicedWater, tap, 1.375 cup (8 fl oz) about 3 cups of no salt vegetable brothplus 1 can low salt chicken broth and 1 can of water1 tsp or so of Chipolte Chili powder
Directions
put it all in a pot and simmer until potato and carrots are soft.
