Spicy Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
500g Ground Pork2 medium eggs2 medium onions, finely chopped1 cup rolled oats2 tsp chili powder1 tsp mixed dried herbs (could use fresh)
Directions
This makes 30 meatballs about the size of a walnut. Approx 5 meatballs per serving.

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl until the oats are fully mixed in. Allow to sit for a few minutes to allow the mixture to bind.

Make the mixture into 30 walnut sized balls and place on a foil covered baking tray. Bake in a medium oven for about 20 minutes.

The meatballs can be served right away or added to pasta sauce. They also freeze well.
