16 oz unsweetened Almond milk (Almond Breeze)1 tbsp Flax oil1 scoop Raw protein powder (Garden of Life)2 tbsp PB powder (PBfit)2 tbsp Raw cacao powder (Viva Labs)1 tbsp Lecithin (soy of sunflower)*Lakanto/stevia to taste
Directions
Put it all in a shaker bottle and shake shake shake! (For a frostier shake, put in freezer for a few hours, shaking every now and then.) You can also use a blender instead if a shaker bottle if you want.
