Peanut Butter Cookie Paula Bars (like Lara Bars)

Ingredients
1 cup of pitted dates1 cup blanched peanuts, salted
Directions
pulse peanuts in food processor (not to the peanut butter stage) then remove

pulse dates until you get a date meal, then add the peanuts back in and pulse until combined adding water by the 1/2 tbs if needed to bring it all together.

Shape and wrap. These are small bites, NOT the size of a regular Lara Bar.
