Crock Pot 5-Spice Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast1 cup chicken or vegetable broth3 cloves garlic, minced½ cup onion, finely chopped2” knob of ginger, grated (or 1 tsp ginger powder)1 TBSP 5-spice powder1 TBSP dried cilantro (or ¼ cup fresh cilantro)dash or two of salt and pepper
Directions
1. Place the chicken in the crock pot.
2. Pour the broth over it.
3. Sprinkle with the garlic and onion.
4. Grate the ginger right on top.
5. Sprinkle with seasonings.
6. Cook on High for 4 hours, or until the juices run clear.

Recommended to serve over rice.
