Harvest Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
3 cups flour3 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg1/2 cup butter, unsalted1 1/2 cup honey2 large eggs1 can (15oz) pumpkin2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions
Cream fat and eggs, add remaining, stir just until mixed. Do not over mix. Fill greased muffin tins. Cook 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
