Ingredients
Zucchini, 750 grams Carrots, raw, 4 medium Cheddar Cheese, 250 grams Olive Oil, 1 cup Sea Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp*Freedom Farms Rindless Eye Bacon 500g,*Best Choice Self-Rising Flour, 2 cup *Onion, White, Fresh, 2 wholeEggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g), 10 serving
Directions
grate zuccihini, carrots then peel and chop onions.
remove rind and chop bacon.
in a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
pour in mini loaf tins and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 mins or until browened
