Caper Chicken in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb CHicken Breast3 tbsp Dill Weed5 Tbsp Butter1 lemon1 head of garlic1.5 c heavy whipping cream3 tbsp Capers
Directions
Soak chicken breast in lemon juice for at least 15 min before cooking. Melt butter in sauce pan and add chicken with juice. Sprinkle Dill on top of breast and cook until brown on both sides. Remove from heat.

Add garlic to pan and cook. Turn heat up to high and add heavy whipping cream, stirring continually until cream thickens a bit and has a brown tint.....about 5 min. Pour over chicken and add capers.
