Chicken Miso Soup with Sharitake Noodles

Ingredients
red miso, sharitake noodles, spinach, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, homemade chicken broth, shredded carrots, chicken breast, add green onions 5-6of them for more flavor
Directions
heat sasame oil, add green onion, garlic, ginger- brown- about 3 min.. add broth, boil, reduce heat, cover simmer 10 min..take out one cup- add miso to one cup, stir until dissolved then add back. Return pot to simmer, add chicken, carrots and noodles, cook until noodles are done. Remove pot from heat, add spinach and stir until wilted. serve with green onion garnish.
