Slow Cooked Pork Tenderloin Chops with Gravy

4 Pork Tenderloin Chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)1/2 Cup White Flour2 T of Honey1 T of Soy Sauce1 T of Worcestershire Sauce1 15 oz Can Fat Free Chicken Broth4 T of BBQ Sauce2 T Dijon Mustard2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Trim fat off of the tenderloin chops
2. Season tenderloin chops with salt & pepper
3. Dredge tenderloin chops in flour
4. Brown tenderloin chops (in olive oil) and set aside
5. Mix left over flour and all other ingredients thoroughly (not the olive oil though)
6. Pour the mix into a crock pot and add tenderloin chops
7. Cook with cover on high for about 2 1/2 hours or until pork is tender.
