Salt/pepper3lbs ground beef2 med. onions, diced3 jalapeños, diced2 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced4 chipotles in adobo, diced2 tbsp chili powder1 tsp cumin1 tsp paprika1 14.5oz can whole peeled tomatoes2 cups water1 can black beans, rinsed
Season beef with salt and pepper. Sautéed onions and jalapeños in olive oil until soft. Add beef and cook until brown. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add chipotles and spices. Add tomatoes and water. Bring to boil, reduce to a simmer for 3 hours. add beans and serve.
