Ingredients
1 pound ground chuck.85 pounds ground pork1 cup ground pork rinds1 egg1/3 cup tomato sauce1/2 cup parmesan 1/4 cup onion2 tbsp parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1) preheat oven to 350
2) mix meat and other ingredients
3) put in meatloaf pan
4) bake for 1 hour
