Chili con carne

Ingredients
1 lb. 80/20 ground beef1 med onion, diced3 celery stalks, sliced1/2 c. diced/sliced mushrooms1 can diced tomatoes 16oz1 can dark red kidney beans 16oz1 can light red kidney beans 16oz1 packet McCormick mild chili mix1 oz dry spaghetti, broken into small pcs
Directions
Cook meat with diced onions till no pink left in meat. Drain fat. Return to pot. Add celery, mushrooms, chili mix, tomatoes, & kidney beans (drain about 1/2 the liquid from the beans). Stir up & bring to boil. Add in the broken spaghetti. Boil 1 minute, then turn down heat & simmer at least 10 minutes. The longer it cooks the better it gets.
