crustless asparagus and feta quiche

Ingredients
6 egg whites5 whole eggs1/2 cup low-fat feta cheese1/2 cup diced tomatoes1/3 cup diced red pepper1/2 cup diced onion2 cups sliced asparagussalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9-inch pie plate.
Beat eggs and egg whites until smooth.
Add vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and pour into pie plate.
Bake 45 minutes or until set.
